Cato Evans

Director and Occupational Therapist

As the Director of Engage Therapy and Support Services, I have several years of experience supporting neurodivergent young people through key life transitions, including gaining employment, learning to drive, and moving towards greater independence.

I take a neuroaffirming approach that values each individual’s strengths, identity, and autonomy. My focus is on building confidence and resilience through both one-on-one and group therapy, ensuring that sessions are engaging, meaningful, and centered on well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy basketball, yoga, and spending time in the sunshine with a good book—bringing that same sense of balance into my therapy practice

Zali Bordin

Therapy Assistant and Support Worker

As a Therapy Assistant and Support Worker at Engage Therapy, I’m passionate about fostering meaningful connections and helping individuals build confidence and independence.

Originally from a small country town in NSW, I value the power of community and connection in supporting overall well-being. With experience working across various settings with children and young people, I take a gentle, playful, and creative approach to supporting individuals with diverse emotional, relational, and developmental needs.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Arts Therapy, I integrate creativity, art, and movement into my work, making sessions engaging and meaningful. Whether through one-on-one support or group workshops, I strive to create a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and working on creative projects.
